Caitlyn meet Raoul at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in Charleston, SC in the summer of 2005 and they started dating shortly after meeting. They both completed their training in October of 2006 and were both assigned to different Carriers that are berthed in Norfolk, Va. Caitlyn is on the USS Enterprise, the oldest Nuclear powered Aircraft carrier in the US Fleet. Raoul is on the USS Teddy Roosevelt.
